About our text messaging

DI Labs employees use their individual business phone numbers to have one-to-one text conversations with customers and prospective customers. Messages may concern inquiries, quotes, orders, projects, scheduling, delivery, or support. This service is for personal business conversations with our employees, not marketing broadcasts or automated alerts.

Employees may give you their business numbers during a phone call or in an email signature. Text messaging is optional. You may contact us through other available channels instead.

Consent and message frequency

When you initiate a text conversation after receiving our SMS disclosure, or expressly agree to communicate by text during a call, you consent to receive conversational messages from the DI Labs employee at that number. The number of messages varies with your conversation and needs. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing our products or services.

Costs

DI Labs does not charge you for sending or receiving these messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to end messages from the employee number that contacted you. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. Because employees use individual numbers, opting out of one conversation does not automatically opt you out of conversations with other DI Labs employee numbers.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 320 409 1133. If you want to resume a conversation after opting out, reply START to that employee number.

SMS privacy

We use your mobile number and the contents of your messages to communicate with you and address the matter you contacted us about. Service providers and mobile carriers may process information as needed to deliver text messages. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
