Staff Accountant

We are looking for a full-time team member who will play an integral role in our accounting activities. You should be a problem solver, incredibly detail oriented and have at least two years of experience in accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Perform general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, general ledger
  • Coding and posting of invoices from vendors
  • Maintain vendor files and records
  • Record receipt of inventory and match with appropriate purchase orders
  • Ensure that required certificates of insurance from vendors are maintained and updated annually or as needed in company records
  • Track and pay sales and use tax
  • Gain an understanding of the company’s ERP system, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Production and Inventory Management, and Sales
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
  • Presenting data to managers; prepare reports for management
  • Assist with audits
  • Work closely with the operations team on project cost management, month end accruals, Accounts Payable and Purchase Order questions including issue resolution
  • Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory quantities and valuation
  • Review slow moving/obsolete inventory and identify changes to processes to minimize risk of obsolescence to the business

Customer Service Specialist

This is a highly visible and critical role at DI Labs. The role of customer service specialist is key in shaping our brand image and helps increase customer loyalty. This person will take ownership and have full responsibility and accountability for managing the day-to-day communication with customers. The primary responsibilities will include providing reactive and proactive customer support with the addition of marketing and photo support.

In this position, you will play a key role in driving and optimizing the integration of business processes and support services in the effort to drive customer experience, satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This is not your average customer support specialist role. We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering on expectations, as well as building and leading teams that provide unforgettable positive customer experiences. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and customer service support by clarifying the customer’s request; assessing the situation; selecting and explaining the most effective solution.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
  • Keen awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Provide advice and technical assistance
  • Managing workload, prioritizing urgencies

Additive Application Engineer

We are seeking a full-time Application Engineer to support our internal and external customers with design for additive manufacturing, material selection, and technology selection. This position will interact closely with external customers, our sales team, engineering, and our production team to ensure we are providing the best additive solutions. As an Application Engineer, this position will be responsible for design modifications for additive manufacturing and will be working primarily in Solidworks, Magics, and our other 3D printing technology-specific CAD programs. There will also be opportunities to closely work with our new product development team and contribute to new product development initiatives.

If you feel bored or stifled in a traditional office setting, this position is for you. We’re looking for an outside-of-the-box thinker who can help us blaze new trails in the fast-paced additive manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise for the selection of technology and material for specific applications
  • Evaluate 3D models for manufacturing feasibility
  • Perform design for manufacturing optimization to meet manufacturing and application requirements
  • Provide product design support using Solidworks
  • Provide build design support using Materialise Magics, Netfabb, and other 3D software
  • Work directly with external customers to develop technical solutions for 3D printed components
  • Provide technical project management for internal and externally facing projects
Requirements:
  • Has experience with polymer based additive manufacturing (SLA, SLS, FDM, MJF)
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Superior project management skills

Product Designer / Solidworks Master

We are looking for an experienced product designer with expert skills in Solidworks to join our product development team. This is a unique opportunity to be involved with a wide range of new product development initiatives in industries ranging from consumer goods, industrial products, custom tools, construction products, aftermarket automotive, and packaging. With our state-of-the-art additive manufacturing lab, we’re able to accelerate product design iterations making for a fast-paced and exhilarating experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Convert concept and alpha designs to manufacturable solid models
  • Design products for manufacturing (molding, fabrication, machining, 3D printing)
  • Manage multiple projects to meet scheduled timelines and customer requirements
  • Conduct design reviews and support FMEA studies
  • Identify new core and adjacent product opportunities
  • Practice continuous design and process improvement
  • Prioritize product campaigns based on company goals
Requirements:
  • Has relevant experience as a product design
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior Solidworks modeling skills
  • Can work in an unconstrained design environment
