E-Commerce Sales Manager [Solutionologist] | Posted 07/09/2024

We are seeking an experienced and driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role is critical to our company’s digital sales strategy and will work closely with marketing, product development, and solutions support teams to achieve sales targets and improve the online shopping experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to increase revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Build and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
