Bottle Opener

This branded bottle opener was printing using SLS technology to produce a white part. It is end-use quality but can also be custom-dyed to any color based on application or personal preference.

This automotive key fob housing was printed using SLS technology to produce a white part. It is end-use quality but can also be custom-dyed to any color based on application or personal preference.

Brake handle printed with the ADAM Metal printing technology. Part of the exterior has been removed to see the interior support (infill).

Pad Printed Tag

This sample tag was produced using Multi Jet Fusion and PA12 with vapor smooth finishing and two-color pad printing. Pad printing is a great solution for branding and identification marks with up to four colors.

Manufacturing Fixture

Manufacturing fixture produced with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) using ABS plastic. The fixture includes a pocket for an industrial magnet for firm workpiece placement.

Flexible Manifold

The flexible manifold was produced with Multi Jet Fusion and Lubrizol TPU with vapor smoothing finishing. The manifold is flexible for simplified installation and pliable to enable airtight clamp connections.

Abrasive Blasting Nozzle

Abrasive blasting nozzle produced using Multi Jet Fusion and Lubrizol TPU. The nozzle was designed to optimize blast media flow while providing an extended service life due to the wear resistance of the TPU.

Manufacturing Tool – Rotating Handle

This functional handle assembly was printed assembled using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12. The handle rotates on the integrated shaft and has a flanged mount to be fastened to a functional manufacturing tool. The handle includes an embossed grip surface and embossed letters to serve as instructions, branding, or identification.

Flanged Bearing Block

This functional 4-bolt flange bearing block was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12.

The housings include SKU numbers, assembly instructions, and branding printed on the interior surfaces to improve the user experience.

Sculpture

This is a sculpture by artist Richard Fishman. He likes to showcase the small, organic details of nature. The original piece was scanned, scaled to the maximum size for a single part, then printed with Nylon PA12.

Key Fob Electronics Housing

This key fob housing was printed with IND 405 clear, giving it a unique look and demonstrating its fit and function with the electronics inside.

This part was generated from a CT scan of an internal bone structure then printed with UMA 90.

This internal impeller is for fluid and air applications. It was printed with color-mixed UMA 90.

These bike pedal prototypes were printed with RPU 70, a rigid material that supports hardware inserts.

These dentures were printed on Carbon DLS with 3D Dental Prototype Resin.

Standing at 35mm tall, this small reindeer figurine showcases the smallest details possible using MPU100 material with Carbon DLS.

Marketing Leave-Behind

This DI Labs marketing leave-behind is a 3-dimensional logo printed on a fully connected ring. It showcases how Multi Jet Fusion technology can print complex, functional parts with Nylon PA11.

High Detail Model

These parts demonstrate how Carbon DLS can print highly detailed, realistic shapes and surfaces in all sizes with PR25.

This part was printed with Multi Jet Fusion technology to showcase the flexibility and strength of Estane TPU material.

Watch Bands

These watchbands were printed on the Carbon DLS to test the flexibility and stretch of SIL 30, which has excellent elongation properties.

Flexible Snap Fit Band

This part was printed with Carbon DLS to showcase the small flexible features possible with EPU 40.

Mounting Bracket

These mounting brackets were taken through a topology optimization to remove unnecessary material while maintaining structure and improving strength. They were printed with both monotone and color Multi Jet Fusion technology using Nylon PA12.

Adapter Sleeve

This perforator adapter sleeve was printed and used to modify existing manufacturing equipment for new production. It was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12 Glass Bead material.

Electronic Housing

Epoxy resin printed on the Carbon DLS creates a rigid, protective housing for electronics.

Bottle Opener – Clear

This branded bottle opener was printed with Carbon DLS and Henkel Loctite IND 405 material. It was post-processed with a clear coat to add to its smooth, clear finish.

Shoe Midsole

This shoe midsole features an energy-returning, tear-proof lattice structure printed with Carbon DLS technology using EPU 41 material.

Flexible Directional Thumbpad

This flexible directional thumbpad prototype was printed on the Carbon DLS with EPU40, a flexible soft material.

This is an internal impeller for high-temperature fluid or air applications and printed with CE221.
