4′ Prototype of Body Trim for IndyCar Track Testing
We redesigned a component for digital manufacturing and provided our client with a full-size prototype capable of withstanding demanding race track conditions in less than one week.
Project Brief
DI Labs participated in the development of a new IndyCar safety enhancement project by providing a full-size 4′ structural body trim prototype. The prototype was a functional component of the race car and held the PPG prototype windscreen in place during track testing.
