These exterior hinge covers are designed for an aftermarket end-use application enabling mass customization. They are produced in Nylon PA12 with vapor smoothing and black dye finishes for injection molded like finishes.

The taillight panels represent an end-use exterior automotive production application enabling mass customization. The panels cover safety sensors integrated into taillight assemblies.

Aftermarket exterior handles for automotive applications. This represents an end-use production application built on mass-customization.

Pad Printed Tag

This sample tag was produced using Multi Jet Fusion and PA12 with vapor smooth finishing and two-color pad printing. Pad printing is a great solution for branding and identification marks with up to four colors.

Flexible Manifold

The flexible manifold was produced with Multi Jet Fusion and Lubrizol TPU with vapor smoothing finishing. The manifold is flexible for simplified installation and pliable to enable airtight clamp connections.

Abrasive Blasting Nozzle

Abrasive blasting nozzle produced using Multi Jet Fusion and Lubrizol TPU. The nozzle was designed to optimize blast media flow while providing an extended service life due to the wear resistance of the TPU.

Manufacturing Tool – Rotating Handle

This functional handle assembly was printed assembled using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12. The handle rotates on the integrated shaft and has a flanged mount to be fastened to a functional manufacturing tool. The handle includes an embossed grip surface and embossed letters to serve as instructions, branding, or identification.

This functional 4-bolt flange bearing block was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12.

Sculpture

This is a sculpture by artist Richard Fishman. He likes to showcase the small, organic details of nature. The original piece was scanned, scaled to the maximum size for a single part, then printed with Nylon PA12.

Marketing Leave-Behind

This DI Labs marketing leave-behind is a 3-dimensional logo printed on a fully connected ring. It showcases how Multi Jet Fusion technology can print complex, functional parts with Nylon PA11.

This part was printed with Multi Jet Fusion technology to showcase the flexibility and strength of Estane TPU material.

Mounting Bracket

These mounting brackets were taken through a topology optimization to remove unnecessary material while maintaining structure and improving strength. They were printed with both monotone and color Multi Jet Fusion technology using  Nylon PA12.

Adapter Sleeve

This perforator adapter sleeve was printed and used to modify existing manufacturing equipment for new production. It was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12 Glass Bead material.  

Face Mask

This face mask prototype was printed with Nylon PA12 then vapor smoothed to create a sealed, sanitizable surface.
