Carbon ® DLS (digital light synthesis) is a breakthrough, industrial-grade technology using oxygen-permeable optics and programmable liquid resins to produce parts with, resolution, and surface finish. We use it for a wide range of functional and end-use parts because of its flexibility to provide exceptional mechanical properties, unique surface textures, and precision features. It can print with materials ranging from rigid polymers with excellent heat deflection and tensile strength, to elastomeric polymers for building energy-returning lattice structures or complex geometries. DLS technology can be a highly strategic option for complex, functional prototypes, full-scale production, and mass customization applications.
