Continuous Fiber Fabrication (CFF)

Continuous Fiber Fabrication is a composite printing technology that uses continuous strand fiber inlays together with fiber-reinforced engineering-grade nylon to create parts that can replace metallic parts. We often use industrial-grade CFF technology with advanced material reinforcements such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, or Kevlar to print replacement metal components, end-use parts, high-performance prototypes, and critical jigs and fixtures.
