DI Labs introduces next-generation product innovation with the launch of Threedom. It started as a solution to a problem experienced by DI Labs Co-Founder, Carl Douglass:

“After purchasing a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, I was frustrated by the oversized, factory-issued key fob and soon found out that others were, too. So our DI Labs product development team redesigned it to be slim, sleek, and fully customizable.”

DI Labs quickly realized the potential for their new product design to meet a demand in the marketplace and be customizable by leveraging the power of additive manufacturing. They launched the redesigned Jeep key fob on a simple e-commerce platform and have since experienced exponential growth and interest in the concept. What started out as a single unique product has become a dynamic product platform fed by continuous market feedback that has inspired additional products and endless variations. When customers request new physical, ergonomic, or aesthetic features it is as simple as modifying the design and it goes to production. A process that is unheard of with traditional manufacturing.

The Threedom product portfolio is now comprised of thousands of SKUs representing hundreds of product variations and will soon be launching full product customization for one-off production.
