Manufacturing Tool – Rotating Handle
This functional handle assembly was printed assembled using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12. The handle rotates on the integrated shaft and has a flanged mount to be fastened to a functional manufacturing tool. The handle includes an embossed grip surface and embossed letters to serve as instructions, branding, or identification.
Flanged Bearing Block
This functional 4-bolt flange bearing block was printed using Multi Jet Fusion technology and Nylon PA12.
Sculpture
This is a sculpture by artist Richard Fishman. He likes to showcase the small, organic details of nature. The original piece was scanned, scaled to the maximum size for a single part, then printed with Nylon PA12.
Impeller
This internal impeller is for fluid and air applications. It was printed with color-mixed UMA 90.
Bike Pedals
These bike pedal prototypes were printed with RPU 70, a rigid material that supports hardware inserts.

This textured handle features an 8mm hex slot and was printed on the Carbon DLS with MPU100.

This part was printed with Multi Jet Fusion technology to showcase the flexibility and strength of Estane TPU material.

Epoxy resin printed on the Carbon DLS creates a rigid, protective housing for electronics.
Bottle Opener – Clear
This branded bottle opener was printed with Carbon DLS and Henkel Loctite IND 405 material. It was post-processed with a clear coat to add to its smooth, clear finish.
